Exceptional Pair of Enchodus Fossil Fish Teeth sometimes called Saber-Tooth Herring.

These fish were most likely devastating hunters. Large individuals of this species had fangs measuring over 2.4 inches in length.
The total body length was only to just about 5 ft.

These specimens come from  Morocco. They are in exceptional condition.

The teeth measure 2 inches and 1 7/8 inches respectively. The teeth have cracked and been repaired. – Well they are at least 65 Million Years Old.

They come in this handsome 4 1/2 inch by 5 1/2 inch glass topped collectors box.
